Nah. Mid. I read it. But the anime is just bad.
You fool! You got baited by the bot!
But did he? ;)
Remember kids, hard workers are more than often will be rewarded with more work. Be smart, be mediocre.
more money, more work, less time, tired
vs.
stable money, less work, more time, facken blooming.
mediocre is da best!
Pretty bold of you to expect getting paid more for doing more work.
I like to assume to stay optimistic. I'm trying to change HAHAHAH
Edit: I WAS an extremely pessimistic person.
There are indeed some jobs that do not require you to do more work, but just some easy work and you earnt a lot.
You get into those jobs not by working hard, you need special connections to get easy jobs that pays well.
Ahem, I believe it's called being "efficient". I am very efficient. I don't do the laundry until I absolutely need to ;)
250 pairs of underwears FTW!! . . . . ... \(^o^)/
life hack: just hand wash your undies as you wear them. they have less time to just marinate in bacteria and last 5 times longer
"wash your undies as you wear them."
So what you're saying is - buy one of those inflatable kiddie pools, fill it with water and detergent, and then jump in there in my undies and twerk until they're clean? :D
;)
LOL XD watch this pop up on one of those stupid life hack videos that makes everything complicated for no reason
... and always use cold water so the sexy doesn't fade.
Marinating... ? 🤔
Marinating In My Briefs FTW!! . . . . ... \(^o^)/
Jokes on you. Im a NEET, i dont work at all
Literally, I let people think Im less than what I really am so theyll ask less of me and not thinking of me as "competition"
XD
My battery's motto was "aim low and surprise with mediocre"
Based on my experiences... I agree with you :(
I feel how the MC feels when he wanted to keep his power and ability as low profile as possible.
Studio: "There are tons of Isekais nowadays. How are we going to make ours different?"
Studio: "How about starting the first episode without character introduction, showing a horde of monsters trying to destroy a town and killing support characters that nobody really cares about while showing MC single handly avert the (fake) threat?"
Me: "Sure. That's definitely gonna work"
What's wrong with this season, though? Why there are so many shows that started with double or even tripple episodes in the first week?
Get ready for a LONG summer....
I never expected them to be this long lol
After the "Endless Summer of 2020" and the "Burning Summer of 2021" I'm down for anything. Compared to that, this is a cake walk, I'll enjoy the slime snot out of it and be grateful I can watch anime without also watching hourly fire reports. That said, I mean no disrespect nor do I wish to sound snarky, I do understand what you meant.
At least the last two summers HAD something for viewers to look forward to.
For Summer 2020, there was Uzaki-chan, Deca Dance, the 2nd season of Re:Zero, and....Rent-A-Girlfriend. Last summer had the return of Dragon Maid, Remake Our Life, Kageki Shoujo, Vanitas, Love Live Superstar, and Realist Hero.
This "cake walk" ain't got nothing to offer so far, and we're just a few days in.
Oh no no, my apologies Noah, you misunderstand me, I should have explained myself a bit better.
I'm not talking about anime specifically, I'm talking about how the entire years of 2020 and 2021 were pretty hellish in general, just referencing the fact that after surviving those years...I'm happy to engage in any anime no matter the quality and be glad I can pause it to look out my window without seeing a red sky or having a constant haze of forest fire smoke permeating my every breath or the ever present threat of dropping everything and evacuating. etc...
That's all I meant, and since we are both in the U.S. I'm sure you can relate, even if you didn't live in an area afflicted by wildfire, we can all pretty much agree 2020 itself was just a horrible year for the world. I believe I read somewhere it will go down in history as the worst if not one of the generally worst years of this century. (I may be incorrect about the exact wording but you can look it up an see the debate over the official title)
Anywho, back to my original point, I'm not trying to detract from the impact of your statement, I just meant that I'm grateful to have ANY anime that I can enjoy in some semblance of temporary peace and therefore my anime palate is perhaps a bit less finicky than it would have been before those years.
On a side note, I actually missed a few of those you mentioned, I'll take the chance to look those up, thank you. :)
Addendum, after checking them out, I HAVE seen all of those already except Vanitas, since I have seen you frequenting many of the same anime as myself, I can assume we have some anime tastes in common, would you consider Vanitas worth watching?
I read the manga for this, the first episode was actually the end of the first arc, wasn't a long arc even and they totally could have done it quickly enough to get there by episode 2..... I am honestly totally confused.....like if I didn't read the manga I would probably have given up right away on the series..... also, the manga isn't even great, I just read a lot of meh manga.
Ikr it's like they skipped the entire first episode
2 episode rule? watch a couple episodes, then judge.
I didn't judge anything and was just pointing out how weird the studio handled the adaption.
And, TBH, I don't even need 3 or 4 episodes to judge this since I'm reading the manga and it's meh at best. I'm here already knowing that because sometime I just watch mediocre shows to klill time.
relatable.
I thought this was a chinese/korean anime at first since most of those start out with little to no character introduction and just take off in a similar fashion.
Because the summer season barely started and you usually get a week to 2 between the end of seasons. Already know of a few I'm waiting on like Devil is a Part Timer season 2 Danmachi and well Classroom of the Elite second season came out today.
I guess its to make the audience watch the action right off the bat to keep them entertained
At least its not the dumpster fire that was "Peach Boy Riverside"
there's nothing wrong with that premise... I think the boring MC is going to be the killer for this show though...
That is the whole shtick with this mc, they messed up with his design, everything else is close enough but mc is way different from manga. In manga he does and says things with dead pan manner and with funny, no emotion face. They failed within first episode, it felt like 2 episodes were missing. It is little trash manga and if they stick to what manga artist made it could work but animation, design and direction in this anime is shit.
Sure looks like Kirito to me.
I accidentally watched second episode first.
They made a final episode like first episode.
Rimuru families
Dang the manga was good but the anime botched it.
Welp the Ultimate Nuke Tamer is here anyways
The manga wasn't good, rather average. It was okay to pass time with.
Even though I read this manga over and over again,I still feel reluctant to put it down!::
